§ 2-198. Meetings.

The commission shall set forth the time, place and frequency of its meetings to effectuate the purposes of this division, and such meetings shall be open to the public consistent with the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq. Nine members of such commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
