§ 42-77. Establishment of water resource districts.

The city's water resource districts shall include the following:
Groundwater Recharge Area Protection District

Wetlands Protection District

Water Supply Watershed Protection District

River Corridor Protection District

The boundaries of these water resource districts are shown on a set of maps designated as "Water Resource Districts" and are included as part of the city's official zoning map, which is on file in the building inspector's office located on Wilkinson Street.
