§ 6-10. Sunday package sales.

The sale of package malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits on Sundays between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. shall be lawful within the corporate limits of the city by retail package dealers properly licensed in accordance with this chapter.
