§ 6-188. Containers; manner of sale.

No consumption-on-premises licensee may purchase distilled spirits in containers smaller than one-fifth gallon. The sale of distilled spirits by any consumption-on-premises licensee in unbroken packages or in any quantity for other than consumption on the premises is prohibited.
