§ 86-115. Designation of parking spaces and time zones.

Parking spaces shall be designated as marked off in city parking zones. The chief of police may mark off in such zones additional parking spaces and may alter any parking space now existing or marked off, in such manner as he deems advisable to accomplish the purposes of this article. At each space so marked off it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in such a way that such vehicle shall not be entirely within the limits of the space so designated. The chief of police or city marshal, with consent from the city manager, may change or designate any parking space or zone for the overall safety of the community.
