§ 78. City-county joint planning authorized.

The governing authority of the City of Milledgeville is hereby authorized to pass zoning and planning laws as authorized by the constitution of Georgia. The governing authority is further authorized, if it so desires, to form a planning board in conjunction with the governing authority of Baldwin County, and to perform all acts relative to zoning and planning jointly with Baldwin County.
