Inasmuch as Ord. No. O-02-02, adopted January 22, 2002, enacted provisions regarding administrative procedures for the enforcement of state minimum construction codes, the provisions of the former section 18-3, which pertained to similar subject matter and derived from the Code of 1986, § 5-3, have been removed from this Code at the discretion of the editor.
