§ 86-7. Criminal trespass by motor vehicle.

(a)

In accordance with the authority granted in O.C.G.A. § 40-6-252(c), the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 40-6-252(a) are hereby adopted.

(b)

Any person violating this section shall be subject to a monetary fine not to exceed:

(1)

$50.00 for the first such violation;

(2)

$100.00 for the second such violation;

(3)

$150.00 for the third or any subsequent violation.
