§ 86-89. Limitation on use of parking spaces.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park on the streets, alleys or public parks of the city, any automobile, truck or motor vehicle, except such as are being used in vehicular traffic in the city, or to park any automobile, truck or motor vehicle in the streets, alleys or public parks of the city, there to be exhibited, offered for sale, held for sale, held for rent, held for repair, held for storage, repaired or sold.

(b)

This section shall not apply to taxicabs operating in the city while in the charge of the driver thereof.
