§ 62-16. Entering, remaining in all city parks after posted hours.

  • City owned parks shall be opened to the public one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset of each day. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in the parks before or after the above stated time period. Notices shall be posted informing patrons of such regulations.
